Returns & Exchanges

Beer people get it. Most things worth owning are made with care, intention, and a little patience. Our gear is no different.

Because everything we make is produced to order, returns work a bit differently than big-box retail.

When Something’s Off

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, that’s on us.

Reach out within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick note about what’s wrong

  • A couple of clear photos

We’ll fix it with a replacement or a refund, no hoops to jump through. In most cases, you won’t need to send anything back.

Sizing & Second Thoughts

Our pieces are printed specifically for you, which means we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind

We know fit matters. Take a minute with the size chart before ordering.

That said, if something doesn’t feel right when it shows up, don’t disappear on us. Send a note. We can’t promise an exchange, but we’ll always take a look and see what makes sense.

What We Can’t Take Back

A few things we can’t accept:

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Returns sent without contacting us first

  • Accidental orders or impulse buys that didn’t stick

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but nowhere to be found, let us know as soon as you can. We’ll help track it down.
